We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return: email support@ivelune.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we approve your return, we'll send instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Hygiene note: opened or used beauty and personal care items may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required.
