Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery: standard US delivery typically arrives within 3–8 business days after shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping restrictions: select items — including our Heatless Curling Rod Set — cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes. If your order combines a restricted item with a restricted address, we will contact you at the email on your order to arrange an alternative or a full refund for that item.
